DIVISION A – EGGS

         An exhibitor may make entries In only one of the following class.

               1 - Farmers 2 - Carton

Disqualifications

          A.  Total weight less than 22 ounces per dozen.

          B.  Eggs showing signs of incubation or germ development

          C.  Inedible eggs.

Farmers

         1. Open to egg producers having less than 3,000 laying birds.       

            Class

             1.  One dozen brown eggs

             2.  One dozen white eggs 

Cartons

         1. Open to all egg producers. Consists of one dozen eggs in a standard carton packed by the egg producer.

              Class

              1. One dozen brown eggs

              2. One dozen white eggs
