This department has been
set up for Youth under the age of 19 to provide everyone in
Pennsylvania with a
chance to participate in the fair.

entries must be PREPARED TO HANG USING SECURE WIRE AND EYE HOOKS. Absolutely
no exhibits using tape, string, saw teeth, staples, etc. will be exhibited. All
must be framed. Matting on poster board will not be accepted.
