DEPARTMENT 11
Youth

This department has been set up for Youth under the age of 19 to provide everyone in Pennsylvania with a chance to participate in the fair.

Section A-15: Baked Goods

Class 1 - Quick Breads

A 1/2 dozen baking powder biscuits
B corn bread, 6 pieces approx. 3" x 3"
C 1/2 dozen muffins
D nut bread or other fruit bread

Class 2 - Yeast breads

To consist of one rectangular loaf, approximately 4" x 8" x 5", wrapped in plastic, no fork pricks.

Class 3 - Yeast Rolls

To consist of 6 rolls of uniform shape and size wrapped in plastic.

All art and photography entries must be PREPARED TO HANG USING SECURE WIRE AND EYE HOOKS. Absolutely no exhibits using tape, string, saw teeth, staples, etc. will be exhibited. All must be framed. Matting on poster-board will not be accepted.
