The heart of the Plainfield Farmers Fair beats thanks to our incredible volunteers. Whether you have a few hours or the whole week, we would love your help.
Volunteers do not need to be a Fair Member, but must be at least 16 years of age.
Prep & Clean
Help us prep before the fair & clean up after. Perfect for those who enjoy active work. May include cleaning, ordering, and organizing.
Food Stands
Enjoy serving fair attendees food & drinks! From food taking orders and restocking supplies, to food prep & clean up.
Exhibits
Help guests find their way through exhibits and contests. May include the setup & closing down of different exhibits.
Tickets
Be the welcoming voice of the fair. Includes assisting with ticketing at the main gate and other locations. May include assistance with parking.
